Real Madrid heads back to the court to battle San Sebastián Gipuzkoa BC which is currently known as Lagun Aro GBC for commercial reasons.

Real Madrid will be bannered by their NBA superstars who are currently locked out. Rudy Fernandez is leading the team in scoring. He is averaging better that 17 points per game and there is really n one in the league who can defend him one on one.+

They also have a potent point guard rotation featuring Sergio Llull and Spanish Chocolate Sergio Rodriguez. When coach Pablo Laso needs more scoring from the point, he’ll put in Llull but if he needs someone to stabilize the team and distribute the ball more efficiently, he goes to Rodriguez.

Real Madrid’s front court is also tough with Ante Tomic, Mirza Bregic, Nikola Mirotic, and team captain Felipe Reyes but it has been bolstered with the addition of Serge Ibaka of the Oklahoma City Thunder.

As of the moment, Real Madrid is playing like a house on fire. They are a legitimate threat to the crown that is currently held by Juan Carlos Navarro’s  FC Barcelona.
